This is not for the faint of heart; it is a grand muster roll where every paint in the known universe is pitted against its brethren to reveal its closest allies. The machine spirit must perform its rites to complete this grand calculation, so patience is required.
Once the sacred data is rendered, you can scry the endless lists, filtering the results by paint name or clan to find the perfect substitute for any color in your grand strategy. How to use the Full Paint Comparison Chart
Select a brand from the chip selector to load all paints from that range and calculate their closest matches across all other brands in the database. The calculation runs in your browser — a progress bar shows how many paints have been processed. Results appear paginated as soon as the calculation completes.
Use the name filter to narrow results to a specific paint or colour family. Enable "Only show matches from My Hoard" to see which of your owned paints is closest to each source paint — useful for identifying gaps in your cross-brand coverage. Distance chips are colour-coded: green for close matches, amber for moderate, red for distant.
This table is the most complete paint conversion chart available for miniature painters: it compares every Citadel, Vallejo, Army Painter, Scale75, and Pro Acryl paint against every other paint in the database. Use it as a full cross-brand conversion reference when switching paint ranges, or to identify which paints across your collection are most interchangeable.
